“Seseorang yang pemaaf, Allah menambahkan kemuliaan baginya.”
-Hadis riwayat Muslim
You don’t choose your family.
They are God’s gift to you.
-Desmond Tutu
I don’t know bout u guys and girls out there, but for me, I really love the time where all the family members get together. I believe God has His Grace whereby he come out with every different races to gather around during their own festive seasons. We have Raya Eid-Fitri, Deepavali and Chinese New Year where many people from different race could gather and celebrate with their families. During this time, we could update the latest news about us. It’s very hard for me to describe the feeling through words. But the sky is always the limit. I don’t care if you don’t understand but the important thing is I’ve got it. So I hope you also got one, just like me!
You know, some one told me, there will always be a black sheep in a family. In this case, a friend told me that my family is just as the one in the perfect movies. I must say it is not. I told her that I have the same family as any other would have. I always remember what my uncle told when I chat with him. Every time we at the top, there always someone you should look after at the bottom. And this person are the black sheep who cause a lot of problems to other family members. He added that it’s kind of a law or a norm whereby it happens not just him, but to everyone! This is the chance where God gave us opportunity to hold up the family as one. Of course there will always be quarrel, fight and argue but that’s the way it is! You can change a thing about it! Just accept and suck it up!
Today it’s my first time bring my car to service after 1000 km mileage. Kind of funny I suppose, seeing these ‘cute-cute’ boxes at the service workshop. Wakaka. However, hope it won’t cause me any problem in the future.
Congratulations. You’re old now.
You’ve made it to 23!

I’m 23 today!!
This has been the 3rd year celebrating my birthday on the fasting month of Ramadhan. I feel so blessed having my birthday this year esspecially when it comes to this holy month. Anyhow, I was born at 9.07 am 23 years ago. However today at 9 am sharp I’ll be in the exam hall answering my last final exam paper, Industrial Ergonomics. Hahaha.
Thank you for all the wishes and presents. Really appreciate it from the bottom of my heart.
I would like to take this chance to also wish to you ladies and gentlemen out there Selamat Hari Raya Aidilfitri. May you have a great deal of time with your family and friends.

It was our country’s 50th Merdeka Celebration. At one point, I thought I was at the wrong place at the wrong time....
You know I always hae this strong natinalism where I always like to take part in any national event. Last but not least I can do is to be there! But this time I have to miss it all. In fact, I did it.
TM called me out for this one motivation camp. I’m graduating with basically only 1 subject left, and I have to go to their motivation camp. Sounds pretty much odd, huh? I have to go since they already paid my tuition fees. Si i have to give my time for them. It’s just like someone doing nice to you, and in return you have to be nice to them. Agree?
The motivation camp? It was great. Get to meet a lot of great people, make new friends and also learn new things. Nice and in the end, of course you will felt motivated. Hehehe.

My groupmates

Yey!

It was a cloudy morning, and suddenly it rains! The convoy is just about to start…
It rain heavily that day. All the people involve were there. With 4 people for each 30 cars, that makes 120 of us were kind of stranded. However, we waited for another 2 cars because 8 of them are having midterm exam that morning. We started off our journey with the simple launched from Pengarah Belia dan Sukan of Melaka, Mr R Affendi. Short speech were given and supposedly he pasted another Jalur Gemilang for each car. But due to the weather condition, it wouldn’t permit him to do so. So we all gather at Subaidah to wait our fellow friends to join in.

We arrived Uitm, Alor Gajah when it reached noon time. But then, the rain still falling. They were having some carnival there. I believe it’s conjunction to merdeka. I get to see their lecture hall with Mui. A bit smaller than ours. I think there’s more, the campus site is too big to explore and we don’t have any time to do it.

I like part this the most. To shout ‘merdeka’ to all the passer by. Some of them shouted back ‘Merdeka!’ back and some stood as no response at all…
There’s this one coffee shop at one of the kampongs we went through where a group of them raise their cups and say ‘Merdeka!’ to us. Damn funny but at the same time damn patriotic! Hahaha

The sad part is, I believe due to no Marshall, we had a minor collision with of the car. It’s not among our convoy group. We just settled it on the spot. The kancil our friend drove were badly ‘injured’. We couldn’t get any marshall since the permit arrived just exactly 1 day before the event start.
What to do, the Director did hold up the team and just suck it up.
Our last stop, which is Pantai Kundur, is the best. We get to enjoy the scenery there. Everyone was made laugh by this one kid riding an ATV. A small ATV actually for kids basically. He ride from the other side of the ride, crosses, passes us and ending up just buying an ice cream! Hahaha.
Check the photos to see the kid with ATV. For my car poolmates, we had our own photo group there overlooked by the beach. Well, kind of since the beach is partly hidden. You know why….wakaka.

Anyhow, it was great event after all. I really had a great deal of time. Thanks to all the hardworking committee esspecially to the Director, Ed who worked hard round the clock to make it happen.

I could stay awake just to hear you breathing
Watch you smile while you are sleeping
While youre far away dreaming
I could spend my life in this sweet surrender
I could stay lost in this moment forever
Every moment spent with you is a moment I treasure
What happen on the 3rd day? Well a lot. As a Malay proverb would say “Setiap pertemuan, pasti a perpisahan”. It was Monday. We only have Mr Fauzi as I recalled to conduct the program as the others were working. But in the evening, everyone was there to say goodbye. This is very very sad emotional bye for some of us.
I know I had my time chatting with my pet mom. It was a moment where we get to know each other better. I am not only just get to know her, as a matter of fact I get to know her sister. Her sister always come to the house. We both know a lot bout each other as well. So as the others including Wael, Barri and Azmir.

You know, the touching moment for me where I almost get the tears fall out of my eyes is when Wael asked to translate to our pet mom. Wael asked to tell her that she and her family are welcome anytime to his house in Yemen. When I telling her in Malay, she cried! I also wanna cry! Waaa !! So touched !!
Actually there’s a lot of stories to tell, a lot of tales to learn but im telling you I am way off the chart of describing it in form of words. I’m so sorry. Hehehe. One thing for sure, I promise one day I’ll be coming again to this kampong.
I dont want to miss one smile
I dont want to miss one kiss
I just want to be with you
Right here with you, just like this
I just want to hold you close
I feel your heart so close to mine
And just stay here in this moment
For all the rest of time
I never thought that Siti would came to our house to wake us all.
I don’t know but she seems so excited about it. I woke up, prayed and then went breakfast at my pet mom’s stall just in front of the house. She made roti sardin. Yummy! Then the tentative program goes with some basic aerobic and gotong-royong around the kampung. The ladies got the surau and balai raya. As for the boys, we got the cemetry. Hehehe. But we manage a partial of the area due to lack of menpower. Hehehe.

In the evening, we were once again divided into different groups. As a group leader of what it’s called ‘Paya Hot’, all of us were very very frustrated. I don’t know why they changed the group, but one thing for sure it’s for good of everybody. So I just hold up my current group and we’ve won some of the hampers. Hahaha.

This is the part where i would like to highlight. Everyone wonders why we were asked to bring our toothbrush. It not a game who are fast to brush whatsoever but the Belia 4B in the end told us that it’s very important to experience brushing other people’s teeth. I’m very sure everyone one of us here never had try brush other people’s teeth. This is very crucial because imagine those disabled people who can’t brush on their own. We as a youth are the ones that will help them out hygienically. It was something valuable to learn to all of us that day.

The newly group which just formed were also asked to deliver a performance. In case my group, we sang a couple of songs and recite some poems or ‘pantun’ they called it in Malay. One of our group member, Koka from Palestine, also read a poem in Malay. With arabic acsends, yet he can recite it! Haha.

Oh I almost forgot, I wear Chelsea that night because I had to miss the Chelsea vs Manchester United charity shield game. The opening for EPL. Sadly, Chelsea lost to MU in penalty.
I can’t recall that much in particular what had happen to me on this but one thing I can tell you that I met a very welcoming family. I heard due to mid-term exam for IT students today had caused a delay to our program. Anyhow, we manage to make it on time. As a matter of fact, we were early 30 minutes. Kampung Solok Paya Lebar is the name. I read the stats and this kampong consist around 600 villaggers. All the locals speaks almost Negri dialects since it situated very a lot near to Negri Sembilan border. We all were intoduced to our pet family. At each one of us will stay with them for upcoming 3 days. There’s gonna be a wonderful experience for those who joined for the first time.
Me and Barri got the same family. With 3 kids, on the first day itself we already have our own kind of tour.
It was very fun to see the goats and calf at Mr Shahmi’s farm. And these kids so energetic, that they are willing to bring around further more! Hahaha. We’re both already tired but they keep pushing us. We walked around and I saw a lot of rubber trees. The tour continues until the night takes place.

We gather again at ‘Balai Raya’ and this time the activity was conducted by the members of Gerakan Belia 4B Kg Solok Paya Lebar. We had an ice-breaking session and after some time, everyone had the team spirit. We were asked to come out with our motto, group names and our group theme song. It’s kind of funny and I bet everyone had a great deal of time.

I did have my time on the local boys there. They were very friendly. Many of them are from secondary school basically from form 4 and 5. I did advise them to study hard since nowadays it’s very rough for us to survive the world out there. Some of them who took part in the ice breaking are very very good in interacting with outsiders. They have a strong confident and at one moment I thought they were older than me! Hahaha.

We gather again in our monthly cycling hash. Woohoo! This time the track a bit bit lost. Hahaha. Why? Well because the trial was washed away by the heavy rain last night. So I think we manage to do just around 10 km like that.
But eventhough it’s just roughly a 10 km ride, it’s the longest 10 km ever! Hahaha.
Kadafi joined us this time. Well, but pretty much disappointment for us all since the track wasn’t complete enough. We just keep turning round and around.
But at least optimistic is a good thing to practice, thus we manage to sweat ourselves that day. Hehehe.

More photos here as usual. Hehehe.
This is an appreciation dinner where normally they have after a major event was held. This Lisbon Hotel is just newly open. I heard it’s suppose to hold at the hotel square, refer the second picture but then due to raining and drizzling, it was moved to the back where all the vacant stalls at. Hehehe. Anyhow, everyone was stuffed with all the food served.

Waah ! Hahaha.

It was yesterday when I went to hear TM ceo gave his talk on leadership. I was quite excited. I took mmu bus at 6 o’clock in the evening of Friday and we’re off to cyberjaya for 1 hour journey. If I want mistaken, there are altogether 6 buses provided for the talk. I know 1 of them totally booked for YTM scholars. So I get to ride the MMU bus. Hehehe.
The rest are allocated for Hicom from various of clubs and society in MMU.
Compare to the talk gave by Dato’ Seri Shazally I went last year, I very sure this time wasn’t as good as before. Even though there are 3 projectors, 1500 audience, but still the talk wasn’t a kick-ass talk. I still prefer the Celcom ceo’s talk. He’s more convincing, more connected and not formal at all. Sometimes, something are meant not to be formal so that the it will give a great impact.
Anyhow, I get to shake his hand at least. Maybe next time we both take photo together. I reached Melaka around 1 am. It was a great. The talk did change my perception upon TM.
