Heavy rain cause our installation project to postphone. We all to go back to prepare for break fast. Thus, since I’m in Kota Tinggi, 42 km from Johor Bahru, I took advantage to explore the area. During the drive, got couple of girls on motobike eating. Kantoi tak puase. Haha. They honked, so I honked back after cutting them on the road. I went to see the beach which was partially abandoned. I wonder why the locals there are so ignored by this situation. I went to Tanjong Sedili. To be continue…

You know when you talking too much you need a drink. But what if you singing too much? Haha. That is why the GreenBox comes with a breaking fast package that allows you singing from 7 till 1 am in the morning. Wakaka. It’s buffet all you can eat which cost RM 40.00 per head. At the same time you get to sing for about 5 hours. Not bad the offer. I’m sorry Naju. This entry might make you so jealous as you working, we are having great deal of time there. Padan Muke kene keje. Hahaha. :P The food was awesome. I dunno how much I ate. But I think more than few rounds. The have ice blended, crab stick, ice cream, spaghetti and some I just try without knowing what name they call it. Wakaka~

“Gravitation is not responsible for people falling in love”

Hey, don’t you know how to fall? Or you just trying to defy the gravity from pulling you fall?  Come on! Grow up, wake up and smell the coffee! Don’t you know how to move on? Or simply stick to the life you feel is right? Nah, let it be. Some prefer to be the audience rather than the protagonist themselves.  They prefer watching from being watch. They have the desire of following rather than being the example. As for me I prefer to be on the stage.  So watch me! You damn wrong. Mark my words: Never under estimate people.  Be careful what you wish for. You follow your heart, but normally it went wrong without proper intelligence. Seniority plays only play a small role these days. Normally it plays nothing. It doesn’t mark anything. And those who go by seniority definitely comes with ego: looking down the junior with no capable at all. Juniors normally knows but pretend not knowing.  By that time, everything you think you think is right. Why complicate simple things? Be careful bout that. So I suggest you better go mirror yourself and measure back how high your ego can be. Listen to your enemy better than listen to your friends. They really teach me a lot about technical stuff. The difference that we put aside that separate me and them really bring us together. Laughter and dirty jokes really could break the barrier. From total strangers, within hours of time spent together could become friends like for years.  As I reached Muar, with buah Rambai and Duku bought, I ate with the hotel receptionist. They were very friendly. Maybe I’m from KL, a lot of question we talked about really revolves around various hang out places in KL. The next day when I going up  to Bukit Gambir and Gunung Ledang. From a far you could already see the tower standing waiting. I’m so excited.  Let the wind blows you until you reach on top of the tower. Fear will conquer you once you there between those steel. But be brave, be valiant, because only selected ones are chosen to be there. Once you on top, never forget those who at the bottom. So look down and you’ll mutter wow! The view up there was awesome. I’m glad that I’m among those who get to see the view where even the locals might not get the chance to see. Along the way up, when my GPS shows it is 1500 meters above the see level, there no longer tree plants. Only algae, bonsai and cold weathered plants will dominate the view. You can feel the temperature is decrease. It is so cold up there! I feel like going to the toilet again. You know why. Hahaha.  Added by the breeze really shivers my body. The color of yellow and orange algae really make the surrounding more colorful and cheerful. Those who are too blind to see will just have a look and turn away in a matter of seconds. The seniors still, would stand and look for minutes perhaps hours just to appreciate how God’s creation could be beautiful as it can be. Wow, watch the winston fly. The wings spread are more than a wide of your car! It glides into the sky higher and higher without fear. The clock is ticking. Got to still my part before I go back to hotel. The adventure havent finish yet. To the land I just stepped on, it leaves a trail that connects me and the land hoping that I will come again welcomed next time. I always confident that I always have many chances. Others would search for it. I guess I have to  wait and choose the best for myself. Now I standing on top of Bukit Banang in Batu Pahat. Such a town with so many old buildings. Along the way, I saw kampung houses. I never grow up in such area. Being in KL, you were raised in housing area. The experience is different you know. They will share to you funny stories and sometimes I would share mine to them. In the end, we all laugh together attach with jokes and comedies. That whats makes the job fun. In this kind of situation, you won’t feel tired instead you enjoying them. I learn a lot. Definitely. And when they heard I’m not from telecommunication background, they even teach me more. I have to be humble and pretend I’m stoopid. Some would quickly pick up detacting that I knew it already if they saw me blur with a smile. Showing a face with truly eager to know new technologies that will become old within couple of years to come. So you have to be fast to catch up. Learning should be continuous to ensure your brain fully function till the day you die. It’s is in human nature to learn. You live, you learn. And I never look human as in general as some would do.  Human does need company, company that they like. When they like somebody, they intend to show the likeness.  They will hold on to you as if they never let go. Proportionately just like me who afraid of losing.

Sedang Tuhan dimana-mana, Melihat semua dosa;
Dalam serata usia, Walau di telan segitiga Bermuda;
Selalu ku mengulangi, Dosa yang telah ku buang;
Di kutip kembali, Mengapa begini?

Sedang Tuhan tahu sesiapa, Untuk Neraka untuk Syurga;
Aku tak terpaksa memilih syurga, Demi pengertian pada hukum alam;
Dan sesungguhnya aku cinta pada-Mu Tuhan;
Walaupun sesat jalan.

The long winding road

It has been almost 2 months I’ve been working. So far so good. I’ve been out of office for almost a week now. Kind of miss my table. :P During the time I went out station in Negri Sembilan to conduct several test, I felt a little bit dizzy. Probably due to the long winding road that we used going up and down the hill on the diesel powered 4WD. Fasting month added to become the catalyst. My team even go through a very old road just to got on top of a hill to reach the exchange. Once you reached there it was very cold! Brrrrr. Now the last thing on my mind is to be at home. I believe that’s is on every people mind once they outside after a while. There’s no place like home. Miss my ‘bantal buchuk’. Hahaha.

People normally complaint that their work is boring. In my opinion, it is you who decide whether your work gonna be fun or not. All the laughter, jokes should be counted in when you work. But for those who don’t have the essentials, to have them in your working team, are indeed a disaster. Stories that reach to my pair of ears has been a reminder from the seniors. I thank you for that. Next time I will take account of my action to ensure those who work with me get the joy and hapiness as much as I need them. :-)

My wonderful cousin just got off the ship from Port Dickson.  Now he’s already in the mode of Raya since he started his leave. He went down to my hotel room and we had a breakfast together. I am very thankful he gave me a new perfume: Armani. Hehehe. Hope the ladies will turn on once they smell my ‘smell’. Hahaha. :)) It’s a long winding road out there for me, just don’t wanna get twisted and fall along the way like all the stories the came upon to me.  Until then, selamat berpuasa and also selamat berbuka. ;)

They say the sky is the limit. Is it? Some willing to push beyond the limit.  This relate to a story where I met this one Portuguese lady in a train on my way back from Port Dickson.  It happen last week.  I took commuter from Seremban to found a lady with few luggages beside her. She’s on a wheel chair. I didn’t talk to her at first since I’m standing behind her back. I thought those standing in front around her would be her family members. But after few stations, the commuter of course jam packed like shit. At the same time, I chat with a gentlemen whose accidently a Ketua Cawangan Seremban 2. It was nice to chat with him until we both noticed about the poor lady on the wheel chair. She was in poor condition, you can smell thta she’s haven’t bath for days. She keep mumbling about these people who just walk inside without seeing people on the wheel chair. I chat with her. One Malay lady thought she’s a foreigner from India, then immediately i give my guess:

“You’re a Portuguese, right?”
“Yes. I am” she answered with a smile directly towards my eye.

Her name was Teresa. She a Portuguese. Portuguese in Malaysia consider a Bumiputra according to our beloved Constitution. A lot of Malaysians doesn’t realize that. She was in very poor condition. Her son left her. Her feet and eyes were swollen. While the train is in the move, she keep complaining me about her pathetic life mainly about her son and her mother who never come to support her. She just came out of hospital.

You know when the coach was full, people all pushing and at the same time we need to get her out with all the people at the KL Sentral who basically on a rush to go back home.  She push herself and I brought her luggages to one corner. I asked her to stay there while I go buy McD. I go buy but shit…I forgot she didn’t eat beef. Went back to the McD and tapau Fillet-O-Fish for her. Wakaka~ Then we eat together for while. I asked her,

” Where you gonna stay for tonight?”
“I don’t know”
“Can I make a police report? They’ll find you shelter”
“No! I don’t want. They put me in the house and I can’t go out to hospital for my follow up”
“I tell you what. You take this money and take cab go to Brickfield church or YMCA just nearby. Promise me”
“OK”

She continue eat the fries I bought. I know she’s really hungry seeing the way she’s eat. Even though she’s hungry, she didn’t eat the beef cheeseburger I bought. I can see the Jesus cross she wore on her neck. I did share with her a story. A story bout a Captain who in the end manage to get alive back home from the sea to his family. In the end of the trip, the Captain sang:

Amazing grace, how sweet the sound
That sav’d a wretch like me!
I once was lost, but now am found,
Was blind, but now I see.

She smiled and flattered to see I know the song. I told her the moral of the story is that, no matter what turmoil we been into, God will guide us to peace just like God guide the Captain to his family from the storm in the sea.

I’ve been to TM Brickfield Exchange. I’m not sure it’s a Catholic or Protestant or Anglican or whatever it may be. but I believe I can provide a shelter to stay for the night. Also the YMCA just nearby down the road on the way to Brickfield. I hope she’s find her way there.

The last place I had to left her was KL sentral near the ERL counter just beside the Coke Vending machine. It’s getting late otherwise I miss my train. If i got my car, I could have send her. In the end, I gave her a sum of money and told her to go to Brickfield church just nearby. I hope she did. I shook her hand and she took my hands and kissed it many times.

“Thank you so much”.
I reply, “Don’t thank me, Thank God. He sent me”

After that I walked away without looking back not wanting to push myself to feel the pain in my heart again. That is why they say the sky is the limit….

*picture taken is when i’m out-stationed at TM Port Dickson tower base looking up.
