Congratulation to all our graduated?friends. Actually I took this post from Zaid Aiman. I found it very useful to our fellow MMU?friends who just graduate. I believe what Zaid said is true. So I’m just gonna post it back and let you guys and girls out there?read yourselves.

It such an annoying where the university does not post any announcement regarding convocation process in the bulletin board.
You need to dig it out by your own self and some extra help from your friends.

So, I decided to post the process, to soothe things out.

1. Make sure you don?t have any balance available in your Student Financial Kiosk.
   

   • If you do, please settle it.
   
   
   • If it?s 2008 library fee, email your particular (Name, ID, Faculty, Course, Trimester & Contact no.) to norazilah.masro@mmu.edu.my with subject about library fee 2008 and graduation
   
   
   • UPDATE! For library fee issues, refer this announcement – http://bulletin.mmu.edu.my/v3/view/bulletin_main.mmu?s=54361&by=today&pg=main . If you do have email to norazilah.masro@mmu.edu.my, email again to zaidy@mmu.edu.my as stated in the announcement.
   
   



2. Check your convocation day http://smartcard.mmu.edu.my/2008_convocation/convocation_sessions.htm


3. SmartCard Pre-Registration: You need to activate your SmartCard in order to graduate. But before that, you need to verify your SmartCard is working or not.
   

   • Cyberjaya
     Date : 5th May 2008 to end of June
     Time : 8.30 am – 5.30 pm (Monday – Friday)
     Venue : CMEAD,LG Floor FCM Building
   
   
   • Melaka
     Date : 5th May 2008 to end of June
     Time : 8.30 am – 5.30 pm (Monday – Friday)
     Venue : FBL Level 4 Block A (Room FBL R 4 009)
   
   



4. Rent a robe or buy one from http://www.warisanasli.com/mmu. I?m not covering the robe purchasing, just renting.
   

   • Read the content of the website carefully, regardless you rent or buy robe.
   
   
   • You need to remit payment first then you can register. Payment via CIMB Bank Berhad.

5. The list of graduate will only be released on 10 July, after this date, then you can register for the convocation and verify your particular.


6. Convocation Rehearsal
   Date: Friday 8 August 2008
   Time: 8.30 am – 11 am
   Venue: MMU Grand Hall, Cyberjaya Campus


7. Final SmartCard registration, one week before convocation at Cyberjaya Campus.
