Strategic Implementation

Introduction:
Strategic Implementation is a distinct area of the five main tasks of Strategic Management. It is the task of implementing and executing the chosen strategy with the managerial exercise of supervision, making it work, improving the competence and producing measurable progress in achieving the targeted results.
Objectives:
To have a surface understanding of the strategic management point of view, but a deep understanding of our topic which is Strategic Implementation and how it is co-related with the other processes.
In a brief view, strategic implementation is a framework of conceptual and abstract skills on the part of management and the figure below briefly describes on the processes that’s involved:
Develop appropriate systems——>Acquire and utilize skills and resources——>Develop appropriate organization structure——>Manage the culture
Conclusion:
This project will focus on several key elements of strategic implementation such as:
-Understanding the importance of strategic implementation in the overall process of strategic management.
-Distinguish key implementation issues.
-Analyze culture, and learn how to manage culture change in an organization.
-Understand the affects and changes that will take place when risk analysis and management strategy is applied.
-Applying an integrated performance planning framework to coordinate the implementation of strategic, business and individual performance plans
-Discuss on the issue of common mistakes that causes a strategic implementation to fail.
